I’ve been considering posting this new feature over here for a while, and some time ago, I held a poll on Twitter about whether or not to do so. I got a resounding “Yes!” from the few people who responded so I guess we’re doing this.<\/p>\n

What is this?<\/h3>\n

Twisted Tales<\/em> started off as a series of photosets depicting POC fancasts of fairytales that are traditionally cast as not-POC. It started when the casting of Beauty And The Beast was announced, and sort of spiralled from there. I have been posting the photosets on Tumblr for a while now, and have more in the planning stages, and am always taking suggestions as to what to make and who to cast.<\/p>\n

Racebent Romcoms<\/em> was a similar idea, but it was me taking existing Hollywood romantic comedies, and recasting them for the modern day with a more diverse cast. There are less photosets of these, but I have more ideas that I am still trying to put together.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

However, I want to know if it would be better to post these features every two weeks – on alternate weeks – or every week. My main worry is that I won’t be able to catch up with actually putting together these photosets, or I will run out of ideas.<\/p>\n

So, two options, and this poll will also be up on Twitter. What do you think I should do?<\/p>\n
