Blue Lily, Lily Blue<\/strong><\/em> There is danger in dreaming. But there is even more danger in waking up.<\/i><\/p>\n Blue Sargent has found things. For the first time in her life, she has friends she can trust, a group to which she can belong. The Raven Boys have taken her in as one of their own. Their problems have become hers, and her problems have become theirs.<\/i><\/p>\n The trick with found things though, is how easily they can be lost.<\/i><\/p>\n Friends can betray.<\/i> Review:God, I\u2019ve been waiting for ages to get my hands on this. It took me forever, which I was sad about. (And yes, I know this only came out in October, but I was hoping to get it by November, but I only got it at the end of December.)<\/p>\n But it was worth the wait. So worth the wait.<\/p>\n I have missed the friendship between Blue and her raven boys. I think this book has made me all the more attached to Noah, Adam and Ronan. I have loved them all since the beginning, but I remember being very attached to Blue and Gansey and their burgeoning story. Now? Now, I want to know all about the other three as well. I want to know what is happening to Noah, what being a ghost means in regards to all of the world around him. I want to know what their connection to Cabeswater will do to Ronan and Adam, and to their relationship with each other. I want to know all the things.<\/p>\n I adore Adam, so much. Watching him grow from this insecure but yet prideful boy to a magician and the \u2018hand\u2019 of Cabeswater, watching him learn more about himself and his friends and his place among them has been a treat. The chapter of the confrontation, if it can be called that, between Adam and his father gave me chills. Reading about the way Adam views Ronan intrigues me so much, because I am growing very invested in that relationship. It was interesting to find out that Adam is somewhat aware of Ronan\u2019s feelings for him, and I want to know if Adam\u2019s feelings are changing and evolving as well.<\/p>\n And then there is the other characters – Blue and Mr Gray growing closer as they look for the missing Maura, Greenmantle and Piper poking their noses where they really should not – the arrival of Malory and the third sleeper! And the return of Neeve, which I did not see coming.<\/p>\n I have to admit, I adore the fact that Greenmantle is somewhat of a coward and the true \u2018villain\u2019 of the piece, the more dangerous of the duo, is his wife. The author is very good at writing female characters, all varied and interesting in their own right. I want to know about them all!<\/p>\n I sincerely hope the conclusion to this series is as explosive as it seems to be building up towards.<\/small><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Blue Lily, Lily Blue by Maggie Stiefvater There is danger in dreaming.
