Despite his charming ways and that he\u2019s one of the first people who actually gets her, she\u2019s smart enough to know his interest won\u2019t last. Because if there\u2019s one thing she\u2019s learned from her mother\u2019s warnings, it\u2019s that the rich have a short attention span. But Xander keeps coming around, despite her best efforts to scare him off. She\u2019d much rather Caymen hang out with the local rocker who hasn\u2019t been raised by money. But just when Xander\u2019s attention and loyalty are about to convince Caymen that being rich isn\u2019t a character flaw, she finds out that money is a much bigger part of their relationship than she\u2019d ever realized. And that Xander\u2019s not the only one she should\u2019ve been worried about.<\/i><\/small><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Review:<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><small>I cannot. I just cannot. I thought <i>The Fill-In Boyfriend<\/i> was good (and it WAS) but this one? Banter, sarcasm, two kids from opposite sides of the tracks but so similar, mirror images of one another.<\/small><\/p>\n<p><small>Obviously they fall in love and obviously things are not as simple as they seem. But it\u2019s not all Romeo + Juliet either, because her friend(s) adore him, his family loves her, and they just balance each other out.<\/small><\/p>\n<p><small>Add in a mystery about what\u2019s up with Caymen\u2019s mom, a little bit of a triangle which, thank god, not dragged out or over done, and a lot (and I mean A LOT) of awesome lines, and this made for such a fun read.
