I think it&#8217;s genius, anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who wants a list of the scariest villains I&#8217;ve come across in literature so far*?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">*This list may contain spoilers for some series, so proceed with caution!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>Dolores Jane Umbridge.<\/em><\/strong><br>Say what else you will about the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/series\/45175-harry-potter\">Harry Potter<\/a><\/em> series, she was one of the most chilling villains I have ever come across because it is so plausible for her to exist in the real world. Take away the magic, and she&#8217;s still very much real. And terrifying.<\/li><li><strong><em>President Snow.<\/em><\/strong><br>AGAIN. Something very realistic about him, taken to the extreme. It just makes me shiver that with the way the world is going, he could be someone in power any day now. It&#8217;s not good when the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/series\/73758-the-hunger-games\">Hunger Games<\/a><\/em> villain seems like he could walk off the page into real life, but it sure is scary!<\/li><li><strong><em>Elizabeth Pike.<\/em><\/strong><br>Spoilers for Claudia Gray&#8217;s <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/series\/94961-spellcaster\">Spellcaster<\/a><\/em> series, but HOO BOY. A seemingly innocent 16-year-old girl who is actually MUCH OLDER and using magic to siphon affection and care off someone else to make her the darling of the town so no one knows she has sinister motives? I LOVE HER but also I loathe her.<\/li><li><strong><em>Ines.<\/em><\/strong><br>EVERYTHING ABOUT INES TERRIFIES ME.
