I am pretty certain people aren’t going to get my casting, especially since my Alice is much older than she is in the books. But the thought of Mindy as Alice! Headcanon that Naya as the Queen Of Hearts, who is gorgeous and immortal because she uses the hearts of her subjects to keep herself young. And can you see this Hatter and Alice playing off each other? Their energy would be off the charts!
